FLOWER-RELATED Q'S: 

Q: Do you ship your flowers?

A: At the moment, we only ship our gifts nationwide. But flowers are available for delivery in Crown Heights and surrounds. Shop our blooms collection here >>

 

Q: "I placed my order on Monday. When will my flowers be delivered?"

A: All flower orders placed Sunday-Friday during any given week are delivered on Friday of that week.

 

Q: "Is your Custom Bloom Bar open?"

A: Yes! We have a gorgeous selection of fresh blooms available weekly. One of our designers can help you put together an arrangement, or better yet, you be the designer!

 

Q: "Can I pick up a quick bunch of flowers on Friday?"

A: In addition to our Custom Bloom Bar, we have a Grab-and-Go section where you can select a pre-made arrangement! Available on a first come first serve basis.

 

Q: "Can I order something custom for delivery, that isn't on your site?"

Absolutely! We accept custom orders for $200+. Contact us via Whatsapp or email for more info or to place a custom order. 

 

Q: "When is the latest time I can place my order for Friday delivery?"

11AM on Friday morning. But don't leave it to the last minute, as we very often sell out earlier! (Also, Crown heights delivery is free if you get your order in before Thursday 9pm! Use code EARLYBLOOM)

 

 

Q: "Where do you deliver?"

We deliver weekly in Crown Heights. 

For other areas in Brooklyn and surrounds, please contact the store directly at 718-484-1952 or blooms@chanigreenbaum.com. 

For holidays we also deliver to: Park Slope, Flatbush, Boro Park, Williamsburg and Five Towns.

 

Q: "How much does delivery cost?"

Crown Heights: Free for orders placed before 9pm Thursday with code EARLYBLOOM. ($5 flat-fee after)

For holiday delivery to out of Crown heights areas, rates are:

Park Slope, Flatbush & Boro Park: $15 flat-fee

Williamsburg: $10 flat-fee

Q: What if I need to order delivery to more than one address?

A: You will need to place separate orders for each delivery address. If you have a bulk order, please be in touch with us via email or whatsapp and we'd be happy to assist you with putting this through!
